International Orders and Shipping

Lighthouse Sound, Inc. ships gear WORLDWIDE. The online shopping cart system is to process orders only from United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. International orders are processed on an individual basis with our sales department.

International Orders

Please list the items you would like to purchase and we will provide you with a shipping quote and total for your order.

International Payments

We only accept Bank Wire Transfers and Western Union Money Transfers for payment on International orders.

Import Taxes

There may be additional excise taxes, VAT taxes, brokerage fees, and/or customs/duties charges that apply. These are solely the obligation of the customer. Import taxes are imposed and enforced rather inconsistently from country to country so please understand that we have no way of knowing whether or not you will have to pay an import tax / brokerage fee or how much it would be.  Please consult your government's customs offices for more information.

We must declare all international shipments as "MERCHANDISE." We also must insure all international shipments for their full value, and include a copy of the actual invoice. We will not lower the value of international shipments or declare the contents as a "GIFT," so please do not ask us to do so. Invoices are legal documents, and we will not falsify them.
