All Policies and Offers including Shipping and Return Policies, Privacy Policy, Terms Of Use and any other offers are for NEW items purchased directly through this Website only, and do not apply in any way, whatsoever to items purchased through other venues including  eBay, our eBay store or at our distribution facility.

Shipping Information


Lighthouse Sound, Inc. specializes in fast, safe shipping. We get your gear to you fast. Most in stock orders ship the same day if the order is received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. All orders placed after 3:00 pm are shipped the following business day. All orders are professionally packed and insured for shipping.

 

Purchases that qualify for FREE SHIPPING* will be shipped via 5-7 day ground service.  Customers have the option during checkout to upgrade their delivery choices for an additional cost to UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day), UPS 2 Day Delivery, or UPS 3 Day Select. For orders under $99 or that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion, the customer may choose from any of the shipping options listed above.  Costs to upgrade shipping transit times will be based on total package weight, size, and zip code.

All orders are packed and shipped as fast as possible. Just note if you are choosing overnight, 2-day, etc., it does not mean you'll get the item tomorrow. It means that when the item is shipped it will be sent in the manner you selected. We do try to process orders for true next day but it may be too late in the day or a Sunday etc. Cut off time is 3:00 pm EST. UPS does not have normal delivery Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Damage Claims


Rarely do we have problems with shipping due to the way we package our products. In case of a package being damaged we require you to save 100% of all the packing materials in order for a claim with the carrier to be filed properly. If you throw away the packing materials there will be no way for us to get a claim on the product and we will not be able to refund or exchange the item for you.

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

Lighthouse Sound, Inc. offers customers 5 days from the time you receive your shipment (as recorded by the tracking number) to return your item. Customers must first contact us by email to file for a return of a purchased item. Do not send you package back to us blind without notification, as you will be charged a 25% service penalty and restocking fee, no exceptions.

To return an item, please email us at service@lhsound.com with a brief description of your return, purchase date, order number, and our returns department will acknowledge your return request and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by email. You must ship the item back to us within 2 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

The customer must pay the shipping cost involved in returning an item.  The customer is also responsible for carefully repacking and insuring the item.  We can take no responsibility for an item that is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.  Our original shipping cost of the item (including items that had free shipping) will be subtracted from the refund or credit towards exchange.

 


Terms and Conditions:


Pedals ship with custom boxes from their manufacturers, do not ship returns back to us in their logo printed and manufacturer labeled box. Returned items must be packed in a proper shipping carton for return. If you return an item without a shipping carton you will be charged a 25% reconditioning fee for the item, no exceptions. 

 

 

Items must be returned in as new, exact condition as when it shipped from our warehouse.  All original boxes, batteries, power supplies, packaging wrap, warranty cards, decals and instructions must be returned with the original item.  If items are not received by our returns department in as new mint condition, you will be charged a 25% reconditioning fee for the item, no exceptions. 

 

 

Defective Items

 

You have 5 days (as recorded by the tracking number)  to notify us about defective items that you want to return to us. After 5 days, please contact the manufacturer / distributor. To return an item, please email us at returns@lhsound.com. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, RMA as outlined above, for defective items also, but only if you notify us within five days of receipt of the defective item. If more than five days have elapsed, you have to handle the repair/exchange directly with the manufacturer / distributor. Please note that defective items can only be returned for the exact replacement item or store credit, no exceptions. If we do not have the same product in stock at the time of your return, we will contact you as to the status of your replacement. You are responsible for all shipping/handling charges (outgoing and incoming) on any returned items (defective or otherwise). We do not issue call tags.

 

 

Return Exceptions

 

The following items CANNOT be returned:

 

Pedalboard Cable Kits and Accessories - Regardless of Brand

 

Pedals or Pedalboards with sticky Velcro attached (or attached and removed) cannot be reconditioned and will not be accepted as a return, no exceptions.

 

Pedaltrain PRO Pedalboards (Hard case and soft case models)
